AESOP presenting InPlanEd results at the Heads of School Meeting!

On Friday, March the 16th, Claudia Cassatella (Politecnico di Torino) and Pantelis Skayannis (University of Thessaly) presented the interim results of the InPlanEd project in the occasion of the AESOP Heads of School Meeting.

During the event, that took place in Venice (Italy) at Palazzo Badoer, hosted by IUAV, the presenters discussed with the audience the main gaps in the current educational offer of Spatial Planning Programmes, as well as the Competence profiles and skills required by the spatial planning market.

Various interventions animated the debate, reflecting the heterogeneity that characterise the spatial planning education and practice in the European continent.

📣 More importantly, from various sides the suggestion arose, that the InPlanEd Erasmus+ project shall explore potential synergies with the contents included in the new AESOP Core  Curriculum, that had just been approved by the Association Council of Representative the day before the meeting.

Overall, the inspirational nature of the AESOP Core Curriculum can indeed provide interesting inputs to the future InPlanEd activities, while at the same time benefiting from the results of the latter.

👉 Exciting times awaits, in the InPlanEd universe: STAY TUNED!
